1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the JM77 platform, available at jm77.win, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services. The terms apply to every registered player and to any visitor who accesses the site.

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

JM77 operates entirely in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All deposits, game balances and withdrawals are denominated in PKR with no currency conversion at any stage.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals are generally sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. JM77 may request additional verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where account activity appears unusual.

Deposits made using payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed. JM77 does not accept payments from third parties or from payment methods registered to another person.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The following general rules apply to all JM77 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

6 Game Rules and Conduct

All game outcomes on JM77 — including slot results, live casino hands, bingo draws and fish game outcomes — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Each result is independent of previous results. JM77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection, server error or software bug — the game round is governed by the relevant game provider's rules. JM77 will attempt to resolve disputes with the relevant provider on a player's behalf but cannot guarantee specific outcomes in all cases of technical error.

Bets placed and confirmed before a technical fault are generally considered valid. Bets that were not fully confirmed at the time of the fault may be voided. JM77's decision in these situations is final after consultation with the relevant game provider.

7 Sports Betting Rules

JM77's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football and Esports markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may fluctuate before a bet is fully confirmed.
• In-play bets are subject to market suspension at any time during an event. JM77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without prior notice.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play time has been completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The minimum completion requirement varies by sport and market type.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to technical or human error — will be voided. JM77 is not obliged to honour bets placed on clearly erroneous prices.
• Multi-bet (accumulator) bets containing a voided selection will have that leg removed and the remaining legs settled at the adjusted odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed within the sports betting section.

For cricket specifically, match result markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In cases where the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, the official DLS result is used for settlement purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

JM77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, irregular betting patterns, unresolved identity verification, or requests from payment providers.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned after investigation, subject to the outcome of any compliance review.
